Crêpier I Crêpe makers

• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
• Collaborate with the FOH (front of the house)
• Manage and work with your prep
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures
• Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
• Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

Sandwich/Salads artists

Cashier/Barista

• Greeting and handling customers
• Take orders on the POS system / Handling cash and CC transactions
• Taking phone orders
• Collaborate with the BOH (back of the house)
• Make barista drinks at the coffee station
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures
• Stock up and refill inventory
• Side works such as cleaning equipment and working area
• Set up outside and inside tables and seating
• Ensure that your area is cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
